RECOMMENDED CITY COUNCIL ACTION: Staff recommends approval of the proposed annexation and zoning request subject to the following special ordinance provisions:
1. The property shall be zoned "PD" - Planned Development District, and subject to the attached development regulations.
However, the applicant has requested that the public hearing be continued and that this item be tabled to the March 15, 2022 City Council Meeting.
