ITEM SUMMARY:
· With the completion of the replacement runway this calendar year, all public and some private projects listed on the existing Airport Layout Plan will have been accomplished.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
· An updated plan is required by FAA and TxDOT to allow certain airport improvements to be eligible for federal and state financial assistance.
· The Airport Layout Plan identifies existing, future and ultimate needs to support airport growth over the next 20 years.
· Airport projects are funded and constructed as they are justified by demand.
