· The City Council desires to revise the McKinney Main Street Bylaws to get into compliance with the City Council's Policy on Board and Commission Appointment and Eligibility.
· Several changes have been incorporated to align with the City Council's Policy on Board and Commission Member Appointment and Eligibility.
· The McKinney Main Street bylaws were last amended in 2004.
