ITEM SUMMARY:
• This Resolution will reject all proposals associated with 15-11RFP Temporary Personnel Services.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
• The City issued a Request for Proposals 15-11RFP Temporary Personnel Services on April 12, 2015.
• The intent of this RFP was to provide temporary personnel to City departments as needed.
• A total of ten (10) proposals were received on April 30, 2015.

- Temps of McKinney - McKinney, TX
- Topp Knotch Personnel - Houston, TX
• The Evaluation Team recommends the rejection of all proposals associated with 15-11RFP Temporary Personnel Services as the City’s requirements and needs have changed based on the Affordable Care Act requirements.
• In accordance with the Affordable Care Act provisions, all employees including temporaries must be afforded the opportunity for health care.
