ITEM SUMMARY: 

                     This Resolution will reject all proposals associated with 15-11RFP Temporary Personnel Services.

 

BACKGROUND INFORMATION: 

                     The City issued a Request for Proposals 15-11RFP Temporary Personnel Services on April 12, 2015.

                     The intent of this RFP was to provide temporary personnel to City departments as needed.

                     A total of ten (10) proposals were received on April 30, 2015.

                     - Ajilon Professional Staffing - Dallas, TX
                     - ASAP Employment Services - Bedford, TX
                     - Bara Infoware, Inc. - Ontario, CA
                     - SNI Companies dba Accounting Now - Dallas, TX
                     - Soft HQ - San Diego, CA
                     - Staff Force Personnel Service - McKinney, TX
                     - Staff Right, Inc. - Carrollton, TX
                     - Temps of McKinney - McKinney, TX
                     - Topp Knotch Personnel - Houston, TX

                     The Evaluation Team recommends the rejection of all proposals associated with 15-11RFP Temporary Personnel Services as the City’s requirements and needs have changed based on the Affordable Care Act requirements.

                     In accordance with the Affordable Care Act provisions, all employees including temporaries must be afforded the opportunity for health care.
