RECOMMENDED PROS BOARD ACTION:
• Discuss/Act on the Formation of an Athletic League Sub-Committee.
ITEM SUMMARY:
• The PROS Board is very involved in community activities.
• Many of those activities are related to youth and adult sports.
• The Board has expressed an interest in becoming more involved in building relationships with our patrons and service providers.
• The formation of a sub-committee would allow Board members to identify areas of interest and determine a manner in which to become more involved.
• The sub-committee would continue to serve in an advisory capacity.
• The sub-committee can be eliminated in the same manner in which it is formed.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
• The Park Code allows the PROS Board to form sub-committees.
• Staff recommends no more than three (3) Board members serve on any sub-committee.

• Consider/Recommend the formation of an Athletic League Sub-Committee and appoint members to serve on that committee.
