ITEM SUMMARY:
• Capital Improvements Program (CIP) Project AI4377 - Aircraft Storage Hangar No. 2 requires funding to design and construct the project.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
• Due to increased demand for aircraft storage at McKinney National Airport, an additional aircraft storage hangar is desired.
• This Ordinance allocates the required funding to design and construct a second aircraft storage hangar.
FINANCIAL SUMMARY:
• The budget for the project shall be amended by appropriating $1,500,000 from the Airport Construction Fund balance for the total project.
