RECOMMENDED CITY COUNCIL ACTION:
• Approval of the Ordinance.
ITEM SUMMARY:
• This Ordinance amends expenditures in the Fiscal Year 2015-2016 Annual Budget and the 2016 - 2020 Capital Improvement Program by transferring $1,000,000 from Fund 21, the Street Construction Fund Balance.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
• There is an accompanying item on the Council Agenda authorizing a contract with Halff Associates, Inc., to provide professional services for the project.
• This Ordinance amends the FY 2015-2016 annual budget to fund the project.
FINANCIAL SUMMARY:
• The Amendment of the FY 2015-2016 annual CIP budget will supplement existing funding for project ST4331 in the amount of $1,000,000.
