RECOMMENDED CITY COUNCIL ACTION:
• Approval of the Ordinance.
ITEM SUMMARY:
• This Ordinance amends expenditures in the Fiscal Year 2015-2016 Annual Budget and the 2016 - 2020 Capital Improvement Program by creating a new project CO1606 - Design Manuals and Construction Documents Update. This Ordinance appropriates $375,000 to the project by transferring $125,000 from Fund 62, the Storm Water Construction Fund Balance, $125,000 from Fund 21, the Street Construction Fund Balance, and $125,000 from Fund 20, the Utility Construction Fund Balance.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
• There is an accompanying item on the Council Agenda authorizing a contract with Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc., to provide professional services for the project.
• This Ordinance amends the FY 2015-2016 annual budget to fund the project.
FINANCIAL SUMMARY:
• The Amendment of the FY 2015-2016 annual CIP budget will create and fund a new project CO1606 in the amount of $375,000.
