BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
• On 02/15/2016, Ordinance No 2016-02-015 was approved to grant authority to Atmos Energy Cooperation for the transportation, delivery, sale, and distribution of gas in and out of McKinney. This Ordinance will amend the referenced sections of Ordinance No 2016-02-015.
