RECOMMENDED CITY COUNCIL ACTION:
• Approval of the Ordinance.
ITEM SUMMARY:
• This Ordinance amends expenditures in the Fiscal Year 2015-2016 Annual Budget by transferring $45,000 from Fund 33, the Grants Fund balance.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
• There is an accompanying item on the Council Agenda authorizing a contract with Wall Enterprises, to provide construction services for the project.
• This Ordinance amends the FY 2015-2016 annual budget to fund the project.
FINANCIAL SUMMARY:
• The Amendment of the FY 2015-2016 annual budget will supplement existing funding for project GR1412 in the amount of $45,000.
• With approval of this budget amendment, the total budget for project GR1412 will be $295,000.
