ITEM SUMMARY:
• During FY2016, staff contracted the services of Wildan Financial to complete a Comprehensive Rate Study Plan of the Water and Wastewater fund of the City of McKinney.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
• Each year City Council is presented a recommendation by staff for proposed rates associated with the Water and Wastewater fund. The last rate study was completed in FY2014.
FINANCIAL SUMMARY:
• The financial impact of the 2016 Comprehensive Rate Study Plan for the Water and Wastewater fund is attached to this agenda item.
