• 3e McKinney is requesting a grant in the amount of $2,200 for advertising, marketing and promotion of the 2016 Par 3e Golf Tournament.
• Event date is September 12, 2016.
• Goal is to attract 80 players for the tournament.
• Location of the event is Westridge Golf Club.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
• The mission of 3e McKinney is to engage volunteers in short and long-term community involvement; equip volunteers to serve in love, grace and compassion; empower the under-resourced to long-term self-sufficiency.
FINANCIAL SUMMARY:
• MCDC’s allocation for Promotional and Community Event grants for this cycle is $50,000.
• MCDC funded a Promotional and Community Event, in the amount of $3,000 for the 3e’s Run for Cover event in Spring 2016.
