RECOMMENDED PROS BOARD ACTION:
• Discuss/Act on Modifying the Athletic League Sub-Committee allowing Jackie Brewer, MCDC member and Melanie Butler to serve on that committee.
ITEM SUMMARY:
• On May 12, 2016 the PROS Board appointed three members to serve on an Athletic League Sub-Committee.
• The members appointed to the committee included Kip Dixon, Jackie Brewer and Larry Pereira.
• Jackie Brewer’s term has expired and she is no longer on the PROS Board.
• Ms. Brewer is on the MCDC Board, and is willing to continue serving on this committee.
• At the last PROS Board meeting, Melanie Butler expressed an interest in being added to this committee.
• Staff indicated this item would be added to the October agenda for formal PROS Board action.
