ITEM SUMMARY:
• As per City Council Resolution 2015-10-108, the McKinney Arts Commission awarded a FY16 Season Art Grant of $12,100 to Young Actors Guild.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
• Season Grants provide financial assistance for up to 50% of the eligible expenses associated with the annual projects of Arts organizations.
FINANCIAL SUMMARY:
• 70% of the $12,100 grant was awarded to the organization at the beginning of the fiscal year. Upon approval of the Final Report by the Arts Commission, the remaining 30% ($3,630) will be awarded.
