ITEM SUMMARY:
• As per City Council Resolution 2015-10-108, the McKinney Arts Commission awarded a FY16 Art Grant of $1,600 to American Theatre Organ Society.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
• Annual Art Grants provide financial assistance for up to 50% of the eligible expenses associated with annual projects.
FINANCIAL SUMMARY:
• 70% of the $1,600 grant was awarded to the organization at the beginning of the fiscal year. Upon approval of the Final Report by the Arts Commission, the remaining 30% ($480) will be awarded.
