• This agreement amends the existing Amended and Restated Interlocal Agreement between the City and Collin College for the construction and use of a public safety training facility.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
• On May 3, 2016, the City Council approved an Amendment to the Interlocal Agreement with Collin County Community College District for the construction and use of a Public Safety Training Facility.
• On June 16, 2015, the City Council approved an Interlocal Agreement with Collin County Community College District for the construction and use of a Public Safety Training Facility.
