STAFF RECOMMENDATION: This item was tabled from the January 10, 2017 Planning Commission meeting. Staff now recommends that the public hearing be closed and the item tabled indefinitely due to public notification signs not be posted on the subject property within the timeframe required by the Zoning Ordinance.
