ITEM SUMMARY:
• Grayson County Electrical Co-Op (GCEC) is planning to locate an electrical substation adjacent to the existing Oncor substation near the intersection of Hwy 75 and Sam Rayburn Tollway (Hwy 121) as shown on the attachments. Prior to purchasing the property GCEC would like Council’s input on their plan.
