ITEM SUMMARY:
• McCaslin Associates will provide professional architectural and consulting engineering services for the McKinney National Airport Aircraft Hangar expansion.
• The project expands and renovates the existing 32,572 square feet of hangar and office space by adding 566 square feet of hangar space, 2,262 square feet of new office space, 3,520 square feet of new shop space with a 1,375 square foot mezzanine, and renovating the existing 7,813 square feet of office area.
• There is an accompanying Ordinance amending the Fiscal Year 2016-2017 Budget.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
• Toyota Motors North America (tenant) requested to expand the existing hangar at McKinney National Airport.
• Tenant will be signing a new 10 year lease with the City of McKinney.
FINANCIAL SUMMARY:
• Fees for services are $498,818 plus $14,410 in reimbursable expenses for a not to exceed amount of $513,228.
