• Knowledge and skills are the largest single investment that any organization can make when it hires an employee. Human Resources will be providing a presentation on training assessment and how the City of McKinney is sharpening, developing and growing employees’ skills.
• The presentation will include an overview of the current challenges in the City’s employee learning and development system, as well as opportunities.
