ITEM SUMMARY:
• For FY17, the McKinney Arts Commission awarded Teatro Dallas a $3,000 grant.
• Total costs for the program were $6,002.92.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
• Over the period of a month, the funded program consisted of creating sets, learning vocals and dance, and presenting program to patrons at Old Settlers Recreation Center.
FINANCIAL SUMMARY:
• 70% of the $3,000 grant was paid to Teatro Dallas when contract was returned.
• Teatro Dallas is requesting final 30% ($900) with filing of Final Report.
