BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
• On 02/15/2016, Ordinance No. 2016-02-015 was approved to grant authority to Atmos Energy Corporation for the transportation, delivery, sale, and distribution of gas in and out of McKinney. This Ordinance will amend the referenced sections of Ordinance No. 2016-02-015.
