RECOMMENDED CITY COUNCIL ACTION:
* Approval of Resolution.

ITEM SUMMARY:
* This Resolution amends the FY2016-2017 annual budget and the 2017 - 2021 Capital Improvements Program by adding Issued Revenue Bonds to WW3255 Aerial Wastewater Crossing Replacement Jeans Creek and WA4266 Club Lake Water Line Loop Projects.

* The project will be funded with funds from the following projects:

o Transferring $278,000 Issued Revenue Bonds funds from Substandard Mains - Umbrella Project (WW4350) to the WW3255 Aerial Wastewater Crossing Replacement Jeans Creek Project.

o Transferring $85,000 Issued Revenue Bonds funds from University Pump Station 10 MG Ground Storage Tank Project (WA6116) to the WA4266 Club Lake Water Line Loop Project.

* An accompanying Resolution to enter into a construction contract is also on this agenda for Council's consideration.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
*????The WW3255 Aerial Wastewater Crossing Replacement Jeans Creek project involves the replacement of an existing sanitary sewer aerial crossing consisting of 135 LF of 8 inch PVC in an 18 inch steel carrier pipe, four concrete piers, and other related appurtenances. The existing aerial wastewater crossing required replacement due to the poor condition of the existing crossing.
* The WA4266 Club Lake Water Line Loop project involves the installation of 389 LF of 10 inch HDPE by directional bore, 273 LF of 10 inch HDPE by open cut, and other related appurtenances. This project will provide a second water source for the Villages of Eldorado ...
