ITEM SUMMARY:
• This Resolution authorizes the City Manager to execute a contract with Fitness Now LLC for Personal Training Services.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
• The City issued Request for Proposal 17-74RFP Personal Training Services on July 23, 2017.
• Three (3) proposals were received on August 10, 2017.
• Two (2) proposals were deemed non responsive as they did not meet the solicitation requirements.
• An evaluation team comprised of four City Employees reviewed the remaining proposal based on the following Criteria:
o Company’s Organization Information
o Company’s Organizational Structure
o Program Fees
o References
• The evaluation team recommends awarding a contract to Fitness Now LLC.
• Contract will commence on date of award and continue for a one (1) year period with four (4) one (1) year renewal options.
FINANCIAL SUMMARY:
• Funding is available in Account Number 034-4343-453-8516.
