ITEM SUMMARY:
• These projects were approved at the June 9, 2017 Board meeting.
• 624 High Crest - approved for $20,000 in repairs
o Total project cost was $19,035
o Remove tree, stripe 2 layers from roof, and Install new roof,
o Install new vinyl siding, repair covering to wood chimney, replace fascia, install new gutters, replace exterior and interior doors,
o Install new vanity faucet, install hardwired smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detector, replace fresh air cover on chimney, install new kitchen faucet, clear drain at bathtub, replace vinyl flooring, paint baseboards, and install new carpet in bedrooms.
• 903 S Tennessee - approved for $39,000 in repairs.
o Total project cost was $39,166 this included engineering cost of $825
o Repaired Foundation, grade yard and compact, install sod, demo and replace concrete sidewalk.
o Repair damaged sewer and water lines, replaced drain pipe, replaced gas lines, install new water heater, install new drain line and trap for tub.
o Rewire electrical system, replace main service, install insulation in attic, replace new skirting
o Install hardwired smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detector.
