RECOMMENDED CITY COUNCIL ACTION:
• Receive a presentation from Staff.
ITEM SUMMARY:
• On October 16, 2017, the City of McKinney pushed its new land management software system, EnerGov, live to the public.
• Since that time, there have been a number of challenges experienced related to the implementation of this new software system.
• Staff will provide the City Council, the Development Community and members of the public with a presentation regarding the recent challenges with the implementation of the new land management software along with the current status of the new software system.
