RECOMMENDED CITY COUNCIL ACTION:  Approve termination of inactive Campaign Treasurer appointments.

                                                

ITEM SUMMARY:

•                     On March 7, 2007, the City Council approved Ordinance No.  2006-03-024 which   established the procedures for terminating Campaign Treasurer Appointments for inactive candidates or political action committees.

 

•                     A letter was sent to the candidates notifying them of the date and time of the meeting to terminate their inactive campaign treasurer appointment.
