ITEM SUMMARY:
• This Resolution authorizes award of an annual fixed price contract with Coast to Coast of Bonham, Texas and Weisz Selection Lawn & Landscape Services, Inc. of Weston, Texas for Mowing and Cleanup Services for drainage, water and wastewater locations.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
• The City issued Invitation to Bid 18-24FP Mowing and Cleanup Services for Drainage, Water and Wastewater Locations on February 18, 2018.

o Posted on McKinney TV
o 110 matching eBid Supplier Notifications
• In response to all notices published, three (3) bids were received on March 8, 2018.
• An evaluation team comprised of five City employees reviewed and ranked the bids based on the following criteria:
o 40 Points: Price and Best Value
o 30 Points: Reputation of the Bidder and of the Bidder’s Services verified through Letters of Recommendation
o 30 Points: Capacity to Perform Work verified through Equipment and Personnel List
• The bid received from W.E.E. Commerce Service was deemed non-responsive due to company not submitting all required documentation as outlined in the bid.
• Based on the evaluation results, the evaluation team recommends awarding as follows:
o Coast to Coast Section 1 - Drainage Areas
o Weisz Selection Lawn & Landscape Services, Inc. Section 2 - Water Line Areas, Water Towers and Pump Stations and Section 3 - Wastewater/Sewer Line Areas.
• Contract shall commence on date of award and continue for a one (1) year period with two (2) one (1) year renewal options.
FINANCIAL SUMMARY:
• Funding for these services are currently budgeted in Public Works contract mowing accounts.
