BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
• Both Federal and Texas Law mandate the method of selecting Architects and Engineers through a process known as Qualifications Based Selection.
• This presentation will highlight various State and City policies and procedures required to be followed as well as describe internal evaluation and selection criteria.
