ITEM SUMMARY:
• As per City Council Resolution 2017-10-187®, the McKinney Arts Commission awarded a FY18 Art Grant of $20,000 to Odysseus Chamber Orchestra.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
• Season Grants provide financial assistance for up to 50% of the eligible expenses associated with annual projects.
FINANCIAL SUMMARY:
• 70% of the $20,000 grant was awarded to the organization at the beginning of the fiscal year. Upon approval of the Final Report by the Arts Commission, the remaining 30% ($6,000) will be awarded.
• Odysseus Chamber Orchestra reported actual expenses of $61,534.22.
