ITEM SUMMARY:
• Staff is seeking Board approval on FY16-FY18 Program of Projects (POP)
o As the Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) for the 16-County area, including Collin County, the NCTCOG requires transit agencies to submit expected FTA funds programming to them for prior approval. There is an annual process that allows for modification and reprogramming.
