ITEM SUMMARY:
• As per City Council Resolution 2017-10-187®, the McKinney Arts Commission awarded a FY18 Art Grant of $5,325 to Youth Ballet of Texas.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
• Annual Art Grants provide financial assistance for up to 50% of the eligible expenses associated with annual projects.
FINANCIAL SUMMARY:
• 70% of the $5,325 grant was awarded to the organization at the beginning of the fiscal year. Upon approval of the Final Report by the Arts Commission, the remaining 30% ($1,597.50) will be awarded.
• Youth Ballet of Texas reported actual expenses of $43,306.
