ITEM SUMMARY:
• This Ordinance amends the FY 2018-2019 annual CIP budget and the 2019-2023 Capital Improvements Program, by transferring $15,000 from Median Escrow Zone I and appropriating the funds into the Collin McKinney Pkwy Median Improvements (PK1736).
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
• The Collin McKinney Pkwy Median Improvements will be designed by DCBA Landscape that has completed projects for the City of McKinney in the past.
• The ability to fund these improvements is contingent on transferring the aforementioned funds into the Collin McKinney Pkwy Median Improvements, (PK1736), as noted in the Item Summary.
• The Collin McKinney Pkwy median is not landscaped at this time. Approving the amendment allows for the Collin McKinney Pkwy median to be landscaped from Stacy to Lake Forest.
FINANCIAL SUMMARY:
• The attached financial summary details the transfer of funds in the amount of $15,000 from the Median Escrow Zone I and appropriating the funds to CIP project (PK1736) Collin McKinney Median Improvements.
