ITEM SUMMARY: The applicant is requesting to rezone approximately 12.25 acres of land from "PD" - Planned Development District and "REC" - Regional Employment Center Overlay District to "PD" - Planned Development, generally to modify the development standards. The applicant has proposed a new pattern book for the remaining undeveloped parcels of the development known as Parkside at Craig Ranch. The proposed pattern book maintains most of the regulations of the previous pattern book, with minor modifications to building and open space standards.
