* Approval of the Resolution
ITEM SUMMARY:
* The proposed resolution authorizes the City Manager to execute a Non-Exclusive Revocable License Agreement with Strategic Soccer Solutions LLC, a Texas limited liability company, doing business as Solar Soccer Club.
* The Agreement grants Strategic Soccer Solutions access to four (4) fields at the McKinney Soccer Complex at Craig Ranch for training purposes on Monday through Thursday from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. during those periods when the facility is open for use.
* The Agreement also grants Strategic Soccer Solutions potential access to additional fields on weekdays and weekends as available and as coordinated with the City and the McKinney Soccer Association (MSA).
* In consideration for this Agreement, Strategic Soccer Solutions shall pay an advance deposit to the City in the amount of One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000) for City's use anywhere for field refurbishment within the Property at the City's sole discretion.
