ITEM SUMMARY:
• This Resolution authorizes award of a contract with Titan Fence and Supply Company of Cross Roads, Texas for the replacement of 2,517’ linear feet of 6’ foot tall ornamental steel fencing at the McKinney Public Safety Building (PSB).
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
• The City issued a request for proposal (19-22RFP) for the replacement of ornamental steel fencing at the McKinney Public Safety Building (PSB).

o 221 matching eBid Supplier Notifications
• Out of 221 supplier notifications, three (3) proposals were received on March 7, 2019.
• A committee comprised of staff from the Police Department and Building Maintenance Department, reviewed and ranked the proposals based on the following criteria:
o 40 Points: Proposed Price
o 25 Points: Functional and Aesthetic Requirements
o 25 Points: Time Estimation for Completion of Project
o 10 Points: Respondent’s Past and/or Present Performance
Based on the results of the evaluated proposals, the evaluation team has recommended the award of this contract go to Titan Fence and Supply Company of Cross Roads, Texas.
• Contract, not to exceed $109,695.30 for the full scope of services as outlined in the proposal.
FINANCIAL SUMMARY:
• Funding for this project is currently budgeted in the Police department Fund 032 account, 032-3100-606-9101.
