• This Resolution authorizes award of a construction contract with Aleksander Omega, LLC for the Reconstruction of 1502 W Louisiana St., McKinney, Texas 75069.
• Reconstruction is for a low income elderly household living in substandard conditions.
• The household applied for the Housing Rehabilitation program and it was determined that the house was too far gone for rehabilitation.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
• The City issued Invitation to Bid (19-38CC) Reconstruction of 1502 W Louisiana St. on February 17, 2019.
