APPROVAL PROCESS: The recommendation of the Planning and Zoning Commission will be forwarded to the City Council for final action at the April 16, 2019 meeting.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approval of the proposed specific use permit request with the following conditions:
1. The applicant receive approval to orient the overhead doors towards the public right-of-way.
2. The applicant receive approval to use an alternate screening device to screen the overhead doors from the public right-of-way.
