ITEM SUMMARY:
* This Resolution authorizes the City Manager to execute a contract and all necessary change orders with HQS Construction, LLC for the construction of the Accessibility Improvements Eastside Phase I Project (ST1649) for a total contract amount not to exceed $2,250,000.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
* Civil Consulting Group, PLLC prepared the construction plans for this project.
* Five (5) bids were received for this project on Thursday, March 7, 2019. The following is a summary of the bids:
