STAFF RECOMMENDATION:  Staff recommends that the public hearing be closed and tabled indefinitely per the applicant’s request.

 

ITEM SUMMARY: The applicant is requesting to rezone approximately 9.80 acres of land from “PD” - Planned Development District and “REC” - Regional Employment Center Overlay District to “C2” - Local Commercial District, generally for commercial uses. 

 

On April 9, 2019 the Planning and Zoning Commission voted 6-0-0 to continue the public hearing and table the item to the April 23, 2019 meeting.
