ITEM SUMMARY:
* This Resolution authorizes award of fixed price contracts with Stripe-A-Zone, Inc. of Grand Prairie, Texas; Total Highway Maintenance, LLC of Cedar Hill, Texas; CI Pavement of Grand Prairie, Texas; and A&M Maintenance Services, Inc. of Mesquite, Texas for Street Striping and Pavement Marking Materials.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
* The City issued Invitation to Bid 19-41FP Street Striping and Pavement Marking Materials and on March 17, 2019.
o Advertised in McKinney Courier Gazette
o Posted on McKinney TV
o 154 eBid Supplier Notifications
* In response to all notices published, four (4) bids were received on April 4, 2019.
* An evaluation team comprised of three Engineering staff members reviewed and ranked the bids based on the following criteria:
o 55% Purchase Price
o 25% Reputation of the Bidder and of the Bidder's Goods or Services verified through reference checks
o 20% Required Lead Time
* The invitation to bid included work items for both City of McKinney work as well as Collin County work, with the City of McKinney serving as the lead agency for the bid.
* The invitation included seven major work types of which Contractors could bid various combinations. Contractors were not required to bid all work types. The work types and award recommendations are as follows:
