ITEM SUMMARY:
• At the April 18, 2019 McKinney Arts Commission, a motion was made to approve a project grant request from MPAC for Arts in Bloom, and to reimburse $3,000 upon receipt of an approved Final Report.
• The Final Report was received and the reimbursement approved, but funds could not be released because the minutes did not approve the same grantee that was listed on the Final Report.
• McKinney Main Street was listed as the Grant Recipient on the Final Report.
• The motion to reimburse funds for this project grant should name McKinney Main Street as the payee.
