ITEM SUMMARY:
• McKinney Councilmember Rick Franklin was elected to represent District 4 in 2019.
o Councilmember Franklin has been a Commercial Real Estate Broker for 35 years and has served on various boards such as the McKinney Economic Development Corporation, Planning and Zoning Commission, Board of Adjustment, and McKinney Chamber of Commerce.
• McKinney Councilmember Frederick Frazier was elected as an At Large member in 2019.
o He is a 24-year veteran with the Dallas Police Department and has spent more than 15 years with the U.S. Marshals Service. He is currently the First Vice President of the Dallas Police Association (DPA) and works closely with area law enforcement officials to provide guidance on labor and law enforcement issues.
