* This Resolution authorizes the City Manager to execute a professional services agreement with Brinkley Sargent Wiginton Architects, Inc. to provide architectural and engineering services in conjunction with the McKinney Senior Center Renovation & Expansion Project PK4394.
* The selected consultant team, Brinkley Sargent Wiginton Architects, Inc., submitted a proposal to provide architectural and engineering services in the amount of $179,294.

* Brinkley Sargent Wiginton Architects, Inc. is a professional architectural consulting firm based in Dallas, Texas. The firm's services include residential, commercial and civic architectural design. This firm brings a wealth of experience specializing in municipal facilities including city halls, public safety buildings, fire stations, senior centers, community centers and maintenance facilities.
