• Appoint member to the McKinney Housing Finance Corporation (MHFC), effective October 1, 2019 to September 30, 2020
ITEM SUMMARY:
• MHFC member James Bresnahan submitted resignation from the board, effective September 30, 2019
• The replacement member will serve a partial term, expiring September 30, 2020, and will be eligible for reappointment to the board in 2020, 2022 and 2024.
• On August 26, 2019, City Council approved the following members to MHFC:
