STAFF RECOMMENDATION:  Staff recommends that the public hearing be closed and the item tabled indefinitely in order to allow the applicant additional time to address concerns from neighboring residents.

 

ITEM SUMMARY: The applicant is requesting to rezone approximately 30 acres of land to “SF5” - Single Family Residential District, generally for single family residential uses.
