RECOMMENDED PARK BOARD ACTION:
* Approval of the Recommendation.

ITEM SUMMARY:

* The 2017 Visioning Master Plan identified Old Settlers Park as one that is in need of redevelopment and/or upgrades.

* The objective of this master plan is to renovate, unify and breathe new life into the park therefore the services will focus on a full redevelopment of the park.

* This agenda item will authorize a professional services contract with Schrickel Rollins/PSC, Inc., to provide landscape architectural and engineering services related to the design of the Old Settlers Park and Renovation Master Plan project in a contract amount of $69,500 and not to exceed $73,000.

* Scope of Services:
o Basic Master Plan Services $ 69,500.00
o Contingency $ 3,500.00
Total $ 73,000.00

BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
* SRA/PSC was selected from a list of pre-qualified landscape architectural firms that Council approved on June 18, 2019.
