RECOMMENDED PARK BOARD ACTION:
* Approval of Resolution.

ITEM SUMMARY:
* This Resolution authorizes the City Manager to execute a contract in the amount of $69,500.00, as well as all required supplemental agreements thereto, with Schrickel Rollins / PSC, Inc. for professional landscape architectural and engineering services for the Old Settlers Park and Renovation Master Plan Project (PK2041), for a total aggregate contract amount, inclusive of any supplemental agreements, not to exceed $73,000.00.

* The 2017 Visioning Master Plan identified Old Settlers Park as one that is in need of redevelopment and/or upgrades.

* The objective of this master plan is to renovate, unify and breathe new life into the park therefore the services will focus on a full redevelopment of the park.


BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
* SRA/PSC was selected from a list of pre-qualified landscape architectural firms that Council approved on June 18, 2019.
