ITEM SUMMARY:
• City Council approved a budget of $20,000 for the FY20 Public Art Fund.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
• The McKinney Art Commissioners have indicated a strong desire to utilize increased funding support for Public Art projects.
• On November 5, 2013, City Council approved a Resolution amending the Public Art Guidelines to allowing that “any unspent funds allocated to the Arts Commission may be redirected to the Public Art Fund”
