STAFF RECOMMENDATION:  Staff recommends approval of the proposed minor replat due to its conformance with the subdivision ordinance and all applicable standards of the city.

 

Prior to filing the plat for record, the applicant must satisfy the following conditions:

 

1.                     The applicant satisfy the conditions as shown on the Standard Conditions for Minor Plat/Replat Approval Checklist, attached.

 

ITEM SUMMARY:  The applicant is proposing to replat two lots, approximately 0.32 acres, into one lot (Lot 1).

 

Per the provisions of the city’s subdivision ordinance, the proposed plat has satisfied the following requirements for a minor replat in the attachment to this report called “Minor Replat Completeness Checklist”.
